Be very cautious in leasing here. The front desk does nothing to help with any issues and honestly one lady is quite clueless. They are greedy and do not care about their tenants.
The staff is so attentive! the property is immaculate! I was in need of a small repair and the maintenance man Austin was very polite and professional he showed up quickly, knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed it right away!
When I lived here, I was raped by my neighbor. Literally I was 15 and this guy was well over 21+, does this place not do background checks?? I feel like he would have a criminal record considering the fact he’s a child rapist, but maybe he doesn’t but honestly I’m still traumatized from being raped. The place is nice and so are the staff but I guess you can’t trust the community and neighbors here, because at 15 I thought I could trust my neighbor. Three77 Park is a good value apartment complex with very well kept amenities. Maintenance is very consistent and swift.
Living in three77 park has been a super convenient spot in DFW. Amazing food options around, easy access to many supermarkets (aldi, HEB, Walmart) in a 10 min radius. Do also enjoy the monthly events that the complex hosts.
