I've called them so many times about the mold on the ceiling, cabinets come off and the just glue it, don't even fix them, toilet issues, a noise coming from the plumbing, filters not been change.
Our living experience was okay but once we left , we were hit with a ding in our credit report !! Very odd considering we had a zero balance and a very clean apartment when we left . We started moving out a whole month early JUST to make sure we wouldn't have any issues . We didn't get our deposit back either (which I didn't expect because there was normal wear & tear since we have toddlers) . They told us they sent our balance through a single email (which we never got) but BLEW UP our phones telling us to come pick up old ... read more
I usually do not write reviews but my family and I moved in 3 months ago and we really love it here! Stephanie and Daphne were so great during the application process and stayed in communication with us on everything up to the move in date. We love our apartment and have had no issues with the complex or neighbors. Very family and pet friendly also. They have a trash valet here that is so convenient and elevators that make carrying groceries or anything heavy easier. Really great community!
Be very cautious in leasing here. The front desk does nothing to help with any issues and honestly one lady is quite clueless. They are greedy and do not care about their tenants.
The staff is so attentive! the property is immaculate! I was in need of a small repair and the maintenance man Austin was very polite and professional he showed up quickly, knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed it right away!
