I had the pleasure of training with Christian from 2017 through 2021 at Three60Fit in Illinois. Christian is not only a terrific trainer, but an excellent life coach. He helped me in ways that no one else had before. He completely turned around my confidence and helped me get into the best shape of my life during a time that was hard for most (the pandemic!). Christian is an amazing trainer that pushes you in a fun, encouraging way. He is incredible at developing a workout specific to your needs and limitations to help you achieve your goals. His unique approach through Bulgarian bag and functional fitness workouts bring a really cool perspective to exercising. Definitely recommend him and Three60fit!
