Just moved in 4 days ago and the first night I had no hot water. Since then the building fire alarm has gone off twice. I’ll revise my review if they get things under control. Also they annoyingly have a bulk internet contract with Xfinity included in the rent with no opt out. Bad enough they force you onto a provider, but even worse that they’d choose Xfinity.
I’ve lived in this apartment complex for about a month during which we’ve had the fire alarms go off in the ENTIRE building at least 5 times (that I’ve been present for). Sometimes it’s at midnight, sometimes closer to 1am, other times in the morning at 11am. It takes the fire department around 15 minutes to respond to fix the alarms bc no one is on premise to fix the problem themselves. Okayyyy now gonna give this place 1 star Don’t move here unless you wanna wake up early morning or late at night because of their broken fire alarm !!!!!!
Polina was amazing! We got a last minute private tour of Three20 and she answered all of our questions.
I have been in this building for about 3 years and have loved it! Management has been very easy to work with, the building is in a great location, and the common areas are very desirable. Will be moving soon, but only because I needed a new location.
