Edit: the issues below were addressed and haven’t recurred for a few weeks. Management communicated well through the process and everything else has been great so I am raising the rating. I will adjust it again if the issues return Just moved in 4 days ago and the first night I had no hot water. Since then the building fire alarm has gone off twice. Just moved in 4 days ago and the first night I had no hot water. Since then the building fire alarm has gone off twice. I’ll revise my review if they get things under control. Also they annoyingly have a bulk internet contract with Xfinity included in the rent with no opt out. Bad enough they force you onto a provider, but even worse that they’d choose Xfinity. Edit: 2 weeks later no hot water again. Cold when I woke up and cold when I went to get ready for bed. Still cold the next morning.
Enjoyed my stay. Safe and clean apartments. Polina is awesome!
I moved in here last month and the experience has been amazing. The leasing agents are hospitable and easy to reach, the residents are friendly and the location is perfect. It's walking distance to both the vibrant spots in Capitol Hill and downtown Seattle. The rooftop views are amazing as well.
