Living here was a nightmare from the beginning of my second year to the end with all the issues they had with the fire alarm, but what make it worse was the move-out process has been a nightmare. Management sent me a bill with clear errors, including duplicate 'administrative fees.' When I challenged a $135 painting charge for normal wear and tear, they provided a 'proof invoice' that was actually a bulk purchase for 30 gallons of paint for the entire building not my unit. Been living here for around a year and everything's been ok so far. The location is very convenient, maintenence is always fast, and the leasing manager Polina is very friendly and responsive
Just moved in 4 days ago and the first night I had no hot water. Since then the building fire alarm has gone off twice. I’ll revise my review if they get things under control. Also they annoyingly have a bulk internet contract with Xfinity included in the rent with no opt out. Bad enough they force you onto a provider, but even worse that they’d choose Xfinity. I have lived here for 3 years now and I am shocked at how fast this community has crumbled. This place was great before management changed in November 2025. Basic features such as parking garage security, HOT WATER (I’m serious) and even finding a leasing agent that cares enough to work. Do not live here. We cannot wait to move out. I hope this place improves again.
