5 stars for living here less stars for moving out experience :(
Many of the reviews here are positive because the staff is great and do their very best to accommodate. However, the building itself has serious reoccurring issues which make living here challenging. It is upsetting that equity property has not reached out to the residents themselves nor offered any sort of compensation for the numerous disturbances. Three20 is not only the best choice because of the price and quality, but because of the exceptional staff. Incredible employees in front office, maintenance, and all other services. Also the location is perfect!
Edit: the issues below were addressed and haven’t recurred for a few weeks. Management communicated well through the process and everything else has been great so I am raising the rating. I will adjust it again if the issues return Just moved in 4 days ago and the first night I had no hot water. Since then the building fire alarm has gone off twice. I’ll revise my review if they get things under control. Also they annoyingly have a bulk internet contract with Xfinity included in the rent with no opt out. Bad enough they forc... read more
