I usually never write reviews but I feel the need to do so after how poorly I was treated during my move in. For context I lived in Three20 for the past year and did a transfer to a new unit. Upon moving into my new unit - Laundry Machine did not work - Thermostat did not work - Toilet was filthy and filed with brown grime, which they try to ask me to clean?! They heavily rely on AI communication throughout the whole application process. I got denied and didn't even get notified. Usually a person will reach out to provide with more information. Feels like it didn't matter if I wanted to find a way to get approved for the apartment. When I went to tour the person working seemed really stressed out and not excited to have us touring. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Very shady team with the worst real estate practices. Firstly they damaged by vehicle and are not offering any compensation. Secondly, they tricked me during renewal, I submitted the move out then they sent me an offer. Said i had to remove the move out request before I can see the offer, so i requested this to be withdrawn. I accepted the offer in the portal, and now they're saying i needed to sign some docu sign. Living here was a nightmare from the beginning of my second year to the end with all the issues they had with the fire alarm, but what make it worse was the move-out process has been a nightmare. Management sent me a bill with clear errors, including duplicate 'administrative fees.' When I challenged a $135 painting charge for normal wear and tear, they provided a 'proof invoice' that was actually a bulk purchase for 30 gallons of paint for the entire building not my unit.
