Been living here for around a year and everything's been ok so far. The location is very convenient, maintenence is always fast, and the leasing manager Polina is very friendly and responsive
Just moved in 4 days ago and the first night I had no hot water. Since then the building fire alarm has gone off twice. I’ll revise my review if they get things under control. Also they annoyingly have a bulk internet contract with Xfinity included in the rent with no opt out. Bad enough they force you onto a provider, but even worse that they’d choose Xfinity. I have lived here for 3 years now and I am shocked at how fast this community has crumbled. This place was great before management changed in November 2025. Basic features such as parking garage security, HOT WATER (I’m serious) and even finding a leasing agent that cares enough to work. Do not live here. We cannot wait to move out. I hope this place improves again.
Many of the reviews here are positive because the staff is great and do their very best to accommodate. However, the building itself has serious reoccurring issues which make living here challenging. It is upsetting that equity property has not reached out to the residents themselves nor offered any sort of compensation for the numerous disturbances. I love this place so much. It's actually so impressive at how negligent a company and property team can be in maintaining a livable standard. I just love coming back home to no hot water and never knowing when it's back on :D i've never experienced anything like this in any other property, Truly, one of a kind.
