I woke up on a Sunday a month ago and didn't have any hot water. I called Three Way Plumbing since they installed my water heater a year ago. They returned my called immediately and Danielle even called me and they had a service tech out within 2 hours. Unfortunately the sensor that was not working was a part that very rarely breaks so they had to order. I am currently in the process of selling my home and the inspection came back with a suspected plumbing issue- a major one. Turns out it was minor and an easy fix. Josh explained why I shouldn't be concerned and took care of the problem quickly and professionally.

I just had Three Way replace my water heater after it opened up. Their speed and efficency was way above my expectations Our plumber Josh was on time and had our new water installed in record time . He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We will continue to use Three Way as our go to plumbing company

Fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and professional. I discovered a clogged sewer main at my home. Three Way came out within a couple hours to clear the clog and run a down hole camera to determine the reason for the clog. Turns out that my main pipe had cracked and partially collapsed. The tech was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They even provided a quote on the spot for repair work.
