Terrible at everything from the customer service to the quality of the vehicles . I bought a new truck I. 2021 with 6 miles on it . Since then its been to chevy for numerous repairs from ac work to transmission and so on . Everything is the same when i get my truck back the issue is the same .
Took my 2020 silverado in to get some things fixed. Had my transmission replaced but started leaking oil from rear main seal after and blamed it on my oil filter. Took it in 2 more times because i thought something was wrong with my suspension but turns out my engine mounts were messed up and said it was normal. My transmission let's out a loud thud when putting in reverse and said it was normal, needed my lifters and cam replaced and said nothing was wrong even though it had a stored code for random misfire.
