The service tech I was scheduled with didn’t show up so it took a bit for me to get checked in, but Patrick jumped all over it. He was outstanding, had me checked in and my truck back in service quick. After telling him it usually takes all day for me to get my truck back even for just a basic service, in just under an hour he called telling me it was complete. Definitely will schedule with him for all services in the future if possible… Thanks Patrick!
The salesman and manager were friendly and listened to everything I asked for. There was no pushing to look at things I did not want to see. They handled my paperwork quickly, got me through the process with little waiting. Hugo was a great salesman and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from Three Way Chevrolet! Lucy assisted me with all the financial questions and was wonderful and friendly!
Between the first week of March 2026 and throughout April 2026, we had impeccable communication and help building our 2026 CT5 Blackwing with Leo at Three Way . To say Leo went above and beyond is an understatement. He guided us and helped us with every step until our custom built vehicle was delivered. Ignacio, also helped and stayed in communication the final day of delivery. I would highly recommend Three Way and especially,Leo with any purchase through this dealership.
We returned to Three Way on March 25th to purchase our second vehicle due to the EXCELLENT service we received from Leo Robles on our 1st visit. He was knowledgeable at all points of the experience as well as friendly and respectful at all times. He helped us (in both cases) find the vehicle that we needed for our situation without severely damaging our pocketbook. Right from the Start into the Lot a very welcoming greeting by the Porter who directed me for my Chevy Blazer first maintenance Service. Mr. Miguel Arcia 947 was very friendly and directed me to his desk to sign me in, done the formality and initiated although a Carwash, yeepee from there it was continued smooth sailing, he gave me an approximate time when the service will be finished.
