From answering my call after hours to fixing my AC unit the next day, it was a great experience from start to finish. Todd was very friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend Three T’s enough.
I called in the morning to schedule a plumbing service and talked with a lady. She took my information, told me she would talk with technicians then call me back. I did not get a call back and so called again the same day in the afternoon. I talked with the same lady who once again took my information and said she would talk with technicians and call me back. Over a week later I still did not get a call back and ended up having to call a different company.
We called on one of the hottest days of the year because the air conditioner at our business wasn’t working! Todd stopped over while he was grabbing a part for someone else and fixed it for us right then! He also recommended a thorough cleaning and came back that day to do it! Not only was he very professional but he was very reasonably priced!! Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing. From initial phone call to wrap up of service less than an hour. On one of the hottest days of the year when you know, they are busy. They made time to swing over and check us out. Everything was fixed, he was courteous and helpful, helped replace my furnace filter, and told me to call if anything else goes sideways. Highly highly recommend three T’s!!!
