I've been coming here for nearly 20 years. Leo provides professional smog servicing, good company, can be a funny guy, is IMO more brilliant than many University educated people I work with, and more importantly, an honest guy. He will almost certainly let you know ahead of time if your car will pass or fail. My cars never have issues, and always pass.
