Terrible experience. They were lax in their responsibilities and hostile in their interactions. They made me pay extravagant fees upon move out even with photo evidence that I left the place in good condition. We made every attempt to discuss the fees and understand the disagreement but they refused to meet with us or provide any evidence. We finally just paid so we wouldn't have to deal with them anymore and since it was just our word against theirs but all together I left feeling taken advantage of.
