Very upset with this place they told my doctor it was my fault my MRI wasn't very good they said I was moving the whole time when nobody told me I was moving and stop the process know they just told my doctor it was my fault that they can't do their job or that they didn't do their job right this isn't the first time they've messed up that for me too this time before they took my word on what was being MRI instead of what the order said and I was confused on what I was having done I thought they would know well the MRI the w... read more

UPDATE: On November 12, I finally received a reimbursement for the $900. No one ever called, apologized or anything. At least I did get my money back. I'll add a star for them doing the right thing in the end. PREVIOUS: I had an MRI done at Three Springs MRI on July 15. They insisted I pay $900 up front to have the MRI since they were filing with my insurance. (They only charge $855.52 cash price based on their website.) The front desk person,Jill,is the most nasty, rude, abrasive individual I've ever experienced. For a medical facility she has absolutely zero professionalism. I also observed her having the same rude condenscending conversations with other patients while I was in the lobby. Do better Three Springs- this person is awful!! UPDATE still the same experience with the awfully rude MSR,Jill. Do better Three Springs!
Very professional personnel and accommodating staff, as well as medical equipment. I was ver please with my experience there.
