We had a fantastic experience renting from 360. Ann Causey was our property manager and she did a fine job clearly communicating the expectations that she and the owners had for us. We did what they asked and were able to get almost all of our security deposit back, just having to forfeit $50 to patch holes where we hung a lot of pictures. They were always fair through the whole process. And their property maintenance portal/procedure is flawless.
