We did the Christmas train ride. Took the grandkids,they enjoyed it. They read a different story to the kids they didn't know so it didn't hold there attention well. But Santa was a big success!!
We love the Three Rivers Rambler! We plan to go on the Christmas Lantern Express every year. It's the highlight of our Christmas season and is so magical for all ages!
Maybe this is fun for kids with the hot chocolate, Santa and whatnot but I found the whole experience lacking. The scenery was horrible….until we got to Island Home area. Not Three Rivers fault; they go where the track goes, but wow Knoxville is ugly in the winter.
