Been here for 4 years now, I love the cleanliness of the apartment they’re pest free. Quiet neighborhood and the units themselves are lovely with spacious bedrooms. Only downfall is the living room area for the 3 bed unit there is literally not enough space for a dining and living room the layout sucks. Could be better but a nice place to live.
I had my application in for a year, I have called I have sent messages I haven't received no answers or knowledge! Absolutely very very disappointed! I am truly sad to say this, but the truth need to be said!
I was interested in living in these town home so I applied and paid my security deposit for $375 nov 17 2024 . After two days I found a cheaper apartment and decided to change my mind about these apartments. So I requested to cancel the application and to retrieve my security deposit. Today is Feb 3rd I have not yet received my security back from the property. They have sold the property and still hasn’t returned my $300 . I reached out to so many people to the point where they cut me another check and I’m still waiting for ... read more
