One of the worst experiences of my life. Went for a root canal procedure with pre-medication and nitrous oxide, left office in tears after being personally insulted by business office manager, in extreme pain WITHOUT HAVING PROCEDURE DONE. Was not given pain medication or antibiotics, had to obtain through another provider. Was given no education about procedure, was not pre-medicated as discussed (and PAID FOR) and the dentist did not even warn me prior to giving shot of Novocain, although the entire staff knew I have high ... read more
