Has anyone ever filed litigation? NOT against the facility, but against those personnel working inside. I'm sure this facility offers some kind of personnel liability insurance, BUT unless they also have their own personal Professional Liability insurance, you can insure they will be aware of your concerns when you file suit against them directly.
