Had a couple of your guys transport my daughter from Fort Wayne to Ann Arbor on July 28th - they were wonderful and made a stressful situation as positive as could be. They took great care of both of us and their sense of humor was appreciated.
You guys have ALWAYS taken amazing care of my mother no matter what her situation has been. Always kind, caring and respectful. You guys have know idea how much we appreciate that! Great job by each and every one of you!
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Your billing practices are beyond horrible and you will be reported to the Attorney General’s office, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. We are unable to get a home loan right now because of the way you have been negligent in keeping in contact with us and the way you are negatively reporting a bill we owe you and are paying on EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!!��
