I called because my heel was in immense pain. when they pulled up, the older lady was acting rude and skeptical. my fiance was trying to explain my panic disorder to her and she said "they can knock her out at the hospital". in short: I didn't go.
Recommendedon November 19 2019 last year my mom fell on the floor at great clips at Northcrest one of the worker call 911 to get my mom off the floor ems was there in five minutes at great clips to get my mom off the floor I cant thank you enough thank you for getting my mom off the floor
Paramedics should be humble, not running around town with siren on whenever they feel like to do so. They need to learn to conduct themselves as mature professionals...my 2cents
My mom died for a few minutes and TRAA was there at my aunt’s house and they took her to dupont they r the best ems service ever in Fort Wayne Indiana

My father had TRAA. In 1998 my father was having a stroke and an ambulance was called. According to their billing department we still had to be an astronomical ambulance fee as TRAA didn't cover it. I guess if you're having a stroke you need to drive yourself to the hospital. Yes, I am STILL holding a grudge for this company.
Recently I experienced a fall at home. Luckily I didn't injure myself, but called TRAA to get me up safely. They were here in less than 5 minutes...very professional and helpful. Thanks to the 1 man and 2 ladies from TRAA, they thoroughly checked me and asked if there was anything else they could do. I realize this is there job, but I believe in giving credit where credits due. I don't know there names, but hoping they may read this. God bless paramedics.
My Grandpa passed back in 2008 but I remember the Medics being at are house at least 2 times a week the hard work and the care he got was the best. there price is over the top but the care was excellent. But t think we have to pay what's do to keep are loved ones around.
You guys rock! Thanks for getting my Mom off the floor this morning. Not only were the two men professional but very personable. We actually had a good time......lol Thank You again.
