This complex doesn't have windows that open. Recently my AC went out, and despite the colder temperatures outside - my apartment gets unreasonably hot. (Well above 80 degrees if I decide to cook). They are now seemingly refusing to repair my AC unit. This review may change in the future, but currently reflects the accuracy of my feelings.
In the last year since Havenview has taken over control this apartment complex is no longer taken care of, a leaky foundation and hallways that flood under heavy rain smells like mildew in the hall when its hot, that management won't fix even under multiple work orders been told personally by maintenence that property management considers it too expensive of a problem. I enjoyed living here. The apartments are nice and clean. Management is on top of things, friendly, quick responds to maintenance requests, answers all my questions, etc. The apartments are cute and unique, my unit just didn’t have a ton of storage/closets. The big concern or downfall I had with these apartments are that the walls are thin and I can hear the tv/music/conversations(word for word) in my neighbors units, unfortunately.
