We recently moved into 3 point lofts (about 2 months ago). Jo was the one to help us with the whole process & she was so fantastic to work with. Very thankful to have her as resource! She made the whole process seamless, easy & stress free which is priceless to me. Thank you Jo & 3 point lofts!

Lived there from 2015 to 2017. My first apartment was on the street side of the building and during heavy rains water would come through the wall. The management company never came to wet vac it. I moved to the other side of the building and never had the problem. The windows don't open which I didn't like. A lot of people smoked in the building and they weren't supposed to. Rent was real reasonable.

This complex doesn't have windows that open. Recently my AC went out, and despite the colder temperatures outside - my apartment gets unreasonably hot. (Well above 80 degrees if I decide to cook). They are now seemingly refusing to repair my AC unit. This review may change in the future, but currently reflects the accuracy of my feelings.

In the last year since Havenview has taken over control this apartment complex is no longer taken care of, a leaky foundation and hallways that flood under heavy rain smells like mildew in the hall when its hot, that management won't fix even under multiple work orders been told personally by maintenence that property management considers it too expensive of a problem.
