Worst experience ever, I dealt with a guy name Doug and he was very rude on the phone when I called to question why they had charged my rent if they're not managing the property anymore. They don't answer emails, don't reply to questions or issues not sure if they're behind on technology or are they just plain slackers

I been with this company for a few months since switching over but I have had nothing but good experience with them When I call for any issue they are sure to return my call and make sure what I need is done !!!!
Left in good standing 2 years ago when lease ended. Tried to send me to collections when other tenant decided to stay. Called landlord and they said I would still be responsible and its not his problem. I have documents to settle if need be in court. They are 1 star for a reason. ;)
