We were scheduled to look at a house. Jenay messaged that she wasn't going to be able to make the scheduled time. We tried to figure out a new time and got no response. Didn't hear from her until getting a short text saying only that we had been denied and good luck. No reason, no explanation. Horrible lack of communication and professionalism.
Poor communication never responds to calls or messages how do you rent or sell with no communication
Worst experience ever, I dealt with a guy name Doug and he was very rude on the phone when I called to question why they had charged my rent if they're not managing the property anymore. They don't answer emails, don't reply to questions or issues not sure if they're behind on technology or are they just plain slackers
