They are very pleasant and agree to a lot of things to have you sign on. Once they get your loved one homes they are not compassionate. Also make sure you don’t stay on the weekend of a holiday like Memorial Day. Our nurse never came by and they would just send the on duty nurse. So from Thursday until Monday when my loved one passed away she never had a bath. She passed on Monday 5/25/2027 after we decided to take her to the hospital because of lack of care and we have yet to get a call to see how she is or her condition. T... read more
Been trying to get ahold of them to schedule an appt for my mom that has end stage kidney failure and it ALWAYS goes to vm. And call backs are nonexistent. This is super disappointing. Terrible experience. Sometimes it took days to get a phone call returned. Then when it came time to transfer my wife to hospice care they told the hospital case manager that she wasn’t a patient with them. I called to see what the problem was and still haven’t received an answer. I cannot recommend this company for Palliative Care, I would recommend trying anyone else.
They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
