Twice now we have had to reach out to Three oaks for help as our loved one transitioned to the here after. And twice they were angels sent by God. My first grand mother suffered a long term illness that took its time. They were their the entire time, on call when needed, offering assistance both medically and with day to day care. I was with another hospice before Three Oaks Hospice, so I think I can say I speak from some experience. Day one they took care of my mother. Their process and explanation of services was clearer with Three Oaks. I actually saw their office and see they meet, train and communicate internally. They quickly assessed my mother's needs and transitioned into caring for her. A BIG shout out to Keisha B who faithfully cares for my mother as her CNA. Three Oaks Hospice did a remarkable job taking care of my mother-in-law. The staff was more like family to us. If we needed to change the schedule or had any questions, they were a phone call or visit away. The professionalism and dedication was outstanding. We are thankful for their service and would recommend Three Oaks Hospice to anyone who will need the service in the future.
