At first, I was hesitant to place my mother on hospice, but Three Oaks proved to be a true godsend! The care they provided my mother during the last year of her life was nothing short of phenomenal. Very attentive and caring
The promise to patients and their families to listen, care, and serve as a trusted partner devoted to providing the highest quality hospice and palliative care which is listed publicly on their website was a far cry from what my family's experience was. Incompetency in every aspect of organization and miscommunication between departments within the company and with the client (my wife and i) made this a truly negative experience that I cannot recommend to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones.
