Very attentive and caring
The promise to patients and their families to listen, care, and serve as a trusted partner devoted to providing the highest quality hospice and palliative care which is listed publicly on their website was a far cry from what my family's experience was. Incompetency in every aspect of organization and miscommunication between departments within the company and with the client (my wife and i) made this a truly negative experience that I cannot recommend to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones. I am very pleased of the nurse staff who have done excellent medical service for my brother. They were 24/7 medical services for my brother. They make sure my brother was very comfortable. They had given him his heart desires the last days of his life. I was very impressed how they treated me with compassion, love, courtesy and answers my questions. They have fed me dinner and options to stay pass visitation hours. I would recommend the facility to family and friends.
