UPDATED REVIEW: I have been under the care of Three Oaks for just over a year and there have been many changes, especially in office and some of those changes have negatively impacted me directly. Where prior management would be quick to respond if I had questions or concerns about my care, now the nursing management is fairly unresponsive. We could not possibly have had a better experience! The staff was wonderful and available day and night. The leadership amazed us with great support and an unending source of solutions to every situation we encountered with and for our mother. We felt great relief the final few months of her life. Three Oaks Hospice simply made Mom's life safer, healthier and more enjoyable. They felt more like family than providers.
Our mom was placed in hospice with Three Oaks and assigned to an amazing team. When I say amazing, I mean a team that went out of their way to accommodate some of our unusual requests! Rachel the Nurse became pseudo staff to our mom’s primary physician. She visited Mom “at his request”. She also played along so well and that she removed her Three Oaks name tag so she would not confuse my mom! Three Oaks cared for my brother for 6 months and let me tell you, they were a God send. The nurses Ashley and Julie were attentive, responsive and treated my brother with the utmost respect. It was not an in and out kind of deal. They really took time with him and family members too. The Social Worker Alex, Chaplain Tom and CNA were extremely helpful as well as they brought much needed comfort during their visits.
