My experience in scheduling speech therapy sessions for my son was not good. The receptionist is unpleasant and condescending. Communication of vital information (which should have been presented during initial intake) was terrible, and there was dishonesty in regards to leaving me messages with info. More focus on creating barriers than helping clients. I would not recommend or return.
Hello. I would just like to inform that there is named Michael Sackman who has on 2 occasions told me that something was covered by my insurance and it wasn’t. One of which was a nebulizer for my 2 year old daughter. I told him before I took it home that o wanted to wait to see if it was covered by my insurance. He reassured me multiple times that it wasn’t necessary and knew for a fact that it would be covered 100%. I just got a bill for it yesterday and it was never even ran.
