I love my beautiful apartment and my great view to the sunset, but mostly I love the great variety of lovely, interesting elderly people ! The management is just very sweet and top-notch; I love that they will negotiate to keep the community room for special events. I also love the fact that my aunt and uncle Eddie and Mary still live here and I can visit them anytime. My mother also lived here before she passed away. It's "WARM" !!!!! What else can I say to reach the required 50words. It's WARM !!
While my mother lived there, the office changed management. Before the management change the place was clean, well kept up, and the maintenance team was phenomenal. While it is hud housing, there is a certain standard they need to upkeep. And they refused to upkeep that standard. They'd make it look good on appearance.
