Our water heater leaked into the garage and died, and Griffin and his supplier had a new one working five hours later. Unbelievable! In these days of terrible customer service, 3Keys was amazing and we are so grateful!

Under new management - for the better! I have been renting through 3KEYS for several years now, and unfortunately, the company has built a reputation of non-responsiveness and slow action. Well, no more! Ever since Erik Magnuson took over, 3KEYS became much more agile and quick. They act in advance, rather than waiting for things to break, eager to fix years of neglect under previous management. At this point in time I can gladly recommend 3KEYS to anyone looking for a place to rent, or looking to rent a place.
