It is my good fortune to find the Three Jewels in New York. I have tried to study Buddhism for a long time, but always find the teachings complex and cryptic. The amazing teachers at Three Jewels, the two I have met, lama Chunzom and Hector are just amazing. They both breakdown complex teachings that one can understand and apply directly to their daily lives.
I am so thankful for The Three Jewels NYC! My hOME away from home :)
This place is "home" in many ways- I love coming for meditation, yoga, and meeting people who can help reframe any situation. This is a lovely place to escape from the busy city and hang out, relax, take a nap and calm your mind.
I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for the last 10 years, for meditation and buddhist class, and I think it is the perfect refuge from NY life.
