I've been coming to Three Jewels on and off for over six years, during which I've metamorphosed countless times, and still: there it is, waiting for me, a place where I can count on enlightenment, kindness, a great matcha, and some cardio. I am so happy this sanctuary exists in NYC, and grateful to my teachers here.

I love coming to yoga here, especially chakra yoga. I use ClassPass because I live in Jersey but do most of my classes in the city. The instructor’s are amazing, the cafe is great. Definitely recommend!
Joyful, then a little scary, then really powerful. Instructor Kaylin is a rare gem, when they lean in - your practice will strengthen 🪔 can’t wait to see them again!
