Everyone knows how hard it is to get a rental in San Diego. We were on our A game. Guess who else was. Nicole. She is amazing to work with. Three Guys Properties made leasing a home so easy. Nicole, our leasing agent was beyond amazing! From the first walk-through, to a follow-up visit as well as asking dozens of questions she maintained a professional and warm tone. Even when I needed to message her after business hours, I was generally quick to get a reply. If she did not have the answer immediately, she found out and got back with me. So far so good, look forward to a good relationship with Three Guys!
Amazing experience! My daughter and I were very impressed with Nicole Held-Mayo and Celso Fernandez at Three Guys Properties Inc. Property management is an unfriendly and difficult grind in California, but Celso Fernandez and the team at Three Guys Property Management handled our property management challenges with professionalism and a much-needed compassion. Our move into our new place has been fantastic -- the house itself is so cute/awesome, and Nicole from Three Guys has made the process very easy for us! Our key handoff was easy, she is very communicative, and the entire team is quite responsive. Nicole has made our cross-country move much more manageable, and we are very grateful for her!
