Everyone knows how hard it is to get a rental in San Diego. We were on our A game. Guess who else was. Nicole. She is amazing to work with. There were some initial concerns regarding my personal credit, due to factors outside my control. They took the time to hear me out and understand my situation and approved our application! Three Guys Properties made leasing a home so easy. Nicole, our leasing agent was beyond amazing! From the first walk-through, to a follow-up visit as well as asking dozens of questions she maintained a professional and warm tone. Even when I needed to message her after business hours, I was generally quick to get a reply. If she did not have the answer immediately, she found out and got back with me. So far so good, look forward to a good relationship with Three Guys!

Property management is an unfriendly and difficult grind in California, but Celso Fernandez and the team at Three Guys Property Management handled our property management challenges with professionalism and a much-needed compassion.
