This apartment complex and their management staff deserve zero stars. I can’t even discuss the main reason why I’m writing a negative review, so I’ll just give out the basics. Their Manager and staff are unprofessional and disorganized. (I was given the excuse by the new manager that the certain woman we were working with lacks experience in her job title and to give her a break, not in this situation) Our apartment was not move in ready, full of dead bugs and live ones, we’ve already had busted pipes under our kitchen sink ... read more
RUN! Unlivable conditions! Many tenants have terrible rat infestations. Maintenance team is very slow. They're slow to fix a/c issues. The leasing office frequently gives wrong information and doesn't communicate. The manager Myra is mean and nasty. RUN!!!!
New owner open to anyone you don’t need to be 55 or older to move in. It’s in a BAD neighborhood. The building is very old and has lots of water 💦 Lakes. Lots of crime.
Wonderful place to live great people and atmosphere :)
