Used to be ok went way downhill. Cars are broken into frequently. Mine was stolen. There is no security except one occasional guy that shows up and just sits on his laptop in the last court at the back(Ponza Ct). I never saw the security guy actually move when he was here and I haven't seen him in months. For the past 5 or so years they have used an incompetent tow company. In 2020 my car was towed because I didn't drive it for a month(runs perfectly) this is mid-pandemic and nothing was open to drive to and I work from home... read more
Its went down hill since we been here . We moved in in 2006 and all the things they offered then is no longer available. Its still an ok place to live though.
Lol haha a lot of these comments imo are laughable. We get what we pay for. My é bedroom 2 bath townhome is well, under 800 firstly. Second, yes, my washer and dryer are used..lol, how do we think they keep the costs down? (I'll wait) if all appliances were new I'm sure rent would be higher AND additional utilities would need to be paid as well. During COVID 19 they went up 20 or 25 extra dollars (I forget) when other were going up 1-700 EXTRA DOLLARS EACH MONTH. They keep the ground cleans, it's quiet, and you only have to ... read more
The rent has continued to increase. I'm a senior citizen. Lived here for over 23yrs. This place has changed drastically. People move in and move out and let other people move in. Was a quite court. Not anymore. Maintenance has gotten better. But takes to long to repair things. Has really gone down heel. So sad. Can't afford to move. You can complain,but it land on deaf ears. All about the money now.
MICE and roach infested refuse to patch up open holes outside apartments to keep them out. 😷 no parking Towed my car while I was unload groceries with my child. Few days later Somebody parked in my guest parking spot. I call to get the car towed they say they won’t tow it. Theses apartments are scamming residents. They are dirty and only let. Latin residents live here. And they have dirty homes
