This place use to be better. They have new people there and they are aweful. 2 different people messed up both my daughters eyebrows. The lady in front of me today was so disappointed she didn't even pay. I left. After 2 years of being here and only being happy sometimes I finally found a new place. My family and I will never be back!!

This is the best place I've ever went .. very nice workers , and do an amazing job.
Reasonable prices and excellent friendly, customer service. My brows are sparse but unruly and I have a scar on one that makes shaping difficult but the lovely lady who worked on me did a fantastic job. Very pleased and will be using this store for a long time.
The owner does a great job and she is always so friendly.

Went to get my brows threaded. They don't ask what shape you want and took off the arch that I had. Didn't even clean them all the way. Better off doing them at home.

I went to the salon for the first time on Wednesday for "eyelash extensions." The $15 price sounded too good to be true and in fact, it was. They don't do true eyelash extensions - I've had them done previously at a high-end salon. Lash extensions should last for at least 2 weeks. The process involves gluing individual lashes to your natural lashes. Here, at Threading Salon and More, they just apply false lashes to your lash line for you. Actually these lashes are party wear just simply glued on, which can last from couple days to week. Again sorry for confusing that with semiperm lashes.
