My girlfriend went to do her eyebrows and the design of each eyebrow are different and she was bleeding. I would not recommend going there.

I asked for a quick cleanup and specifically told her not to change the shape. however, she didn’t listen and made one side shorter than the other. halfway through, she also asked my if i had tweezed or waxed my eyebrow prior as there was a space missing. but there had no been bald spot before and there was only one after. i do not recommend going to this place, as the lady clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing

If you plan on getting your eyebrows done or any threading here, I do not recommend Bhumi at all. Not only was she extremely rude, but she moved too fast to the point that I got several cuts. I’d give zero stars if it was possible.

I went to this place and it was fine but the last three times I’ve gone there both thw younger employee and the aunt have burned my face with the wax. I stated to her that she burned me in the past so please be gentle. And then she follows with putting burning hot wax on my face and burning my entire upper lip. If you want threading then sure they are fine but do not go there for any form of waxing you will get burned and have a scab and a scar.

I did not have a good experience as someone who’s had threading done for the past 15 years. Whoever is there on Tuesday’s is extremely rough and has terrible customer service. I was having a very difficult time with the pain of her threading my neck. Instead of letting me breathe and a take a break, she was pushing my arms down and going faster, which was causing more pain.
