This company is the absolute worst. I highly suggest you do not list your house or property for sale with them. I have called 7 times - Three times within the month and four times just today they never return a call and the people that answer the phone for them are extremely rude I’ve knocked on the door of the property to tell the sellers that the listing agent is nonresponsive I would not recommend this company
I just completed a deal with Minh Voduy. He represented the buyer and I represented the seller. No issues. Very smooth transaction.
BEWARE: like the other review, it seems that the realtors here do shady business practices. When I reached out about a rental unit, I was told that there were already 4 applications submitted when I had seen 1 on Zillow... Several hours after, when I said I wanted to apply, Lynda Le (the rental broker) told me that suddenly there was a rental bidding war where the highest offer was $200 above asking and that the renter is still accepting offers even though she previously told me it was too late. Alvin Tsang was my rental broker and did a superb job. Even during the pandemic, when renters are almost impossible to find, he found me an excellent tenant. He handled every detail of the transaction flawlessly, from taking photos of and advertising the unit, making suggestions about how to make the apartment more appealing, setting a realistic rental price, handling showings, and attending to all the details of the lease. My son in law put an offer 20k over asking price which was 24 final and best offer response, listing agent ignored his broker and stalled him for 3 days until she received a higher offer in which offer was to be accepted within 24 hours this has to be illegal ! I will be contacting owner of this co.
