I hate the dentist, but my most recent experience here made it easy to get through. I had 3 cavities and it was not a pleasant experience, however the dentist and his staff are very friendly and professional. I felt like I was getting the best care I could find.
I have had a great experience at this dentist office. Staff are friendly and very skilled at what they do, and they went to great lengths to make sure my procedure was pain free. Dr. Kim is very thorough, and gentle in his approach. I would give them more stars if I could!
The entire Staff was welcoming, patient, caring and professional. While my neglect was due to lack of care on my part, the entire Staff were not judgmental nor did they make me feel uneasy through out the process. I'm glad I finally went in and very glad I chose Evergreen Family Dental in Mill Creek.
I've been going here for a very long time I'm. I'm a young adult and have been going since I was a kid. My last appointment was last minute but they fit me in within a few days of when I made the appointment and I didn't have a wait time of more then a couple minutes. they are quick efficient kind and good with people, remembering you and quick to help you out.
Everyone was very enjoyable. And dr. Kim was perfect and nice
I love Dr. Kim and his staff. They are nice, and made a difficult procedure a good experience.
Always great
From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted by the receptionist with a friendly smile and a "Hello, Paula." The hygienist is always very friendly and interested in what I have to say. She gave me some very helpful hints about using my toothbrush, flossing, and the "in-between" brushes. The dentist came in as soon as she was through cleaning teeth. He is very friendly, asked me how I was and how my husband was doing. All in all a very pleasant experience.
