This has been one of the most dreadful experiences of my business. They sold me a faulty oven off of eBay and when I reached out to express the issues, they initially said they stood by their products and would help me resolve. I kept in touch, and finally when I reached out to resolve, they refused to comply / actually do anything and were incredibly hostile instead. I left a review on Yelp as a result, and to retaliate, these people literally left my business 1 star reviews of my business on every platform they could find.... read more
