The assistance I received from TOPA with report and billing questions was exceptional... The diagnostic laboratory is of the highest quality. TOPA changed billing companies in response to billing issues and, in all fairness, insurance billing is not where they should have to spend their time; but, at least they are doing all they can. In terms of providing reports that guide patient care and well-being, they are the best.
