I had such a great experience at boot camp this morning. It is fast paced but at the same time easy to follow. You don’t repeat exercises more than twice so it doesn’t get repetitive. It is a fast, full body workout. I was definitely out of breath at the end and it felt great! The instructor and owner were super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!
10/10 Gym. The coaches here are absolutely amazing—they’re super friendly and really know their stuff. They push you to do your best while always being there to correct your form, which makes a huge difference in getting the most out of every workout. What I love most is the vibe. Amazing experience! I was looking to jump-start my fitness routine and have specific goals in mind, but don’t have a lot of time! I found this to be exactly right! 30 mins HIIT—yes, please! Various challenges with all the things I typically do not want to do but they make it super interesting and results oriented! The trainers at FitBody are incredibly attentive—it’s like they have eyes on you at all times! They’re always ready to help and offer suggestions to improve your form and maximize results.
