Guy came out, put up the fan right, no mess left behind, finished before noon.
For our waterfront restaurant, the coastal building department needed tinned copper conductors and salt-air rated stainless steel conduit fittings for all electrical conduits in our yard within 300' of the water - our regular electrician reluctantly said that was beyond his experience! We remodeled our detached garage into a weekend woodworking shop, requiring 240 volts to power a table saw as well as single 20-amp outlets for lighting, dust collection and battery chargers which would all trip the circuit breaker on the single 15 amp circuit serving the garage. We observed some of the pool equipment randomly turning off and didn't find it possible to have a weekend at the pool. The electrician located an electrical problem which apparently no one had noticed and fixed it. Everything is back in order and I am really happy with the result.
