Flowers are beautiful but the candy that was ordered was not acceptable. The picture of the chocolates on the website was mixed chocolates in a beautifully wrapped box. What was sent was just a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates as pictured. This is very deceiving. They charge $10 for the small chocolates which is fine, but don't make it seem as if your getting the mixed chocolates in a beautifully wrapped box. Horrible experience. They delivered DYING flowers for a condolence bouquet. The colors were also garish and not tasteful or appropriate for the occasion. Instead of issuing a refund, they offered to deliver another bouquet. The replacement bouquet was piddly compared to what had originally been purchased (about 1/4 the size) and they included multiple flowers toxic to cats even though non-toxic flowers were specifically requested. The owners were incredible, providing guidance on selection, offering to help carry the flowers and arranging a bouquet with no more than a few names of flowers. My wife loved them
Roses were delivered late at 3:15 pm when my wife was about to leave work. And it was not like it was pictured in their website. On top of that, the card was handwritten (not printed out) by the most horrific handwriting ever. Not satisfied at all!
The flowers received did not look like the photo at all. The order included a Marquis by Waterford vase, but instead a cheap glass vase was used. This was absolutely not what my husband ordered and not worth the money spent (almost $300!). The roses were already dying when delivered. Lillies still have not opened after 5 days and the roses are now wilted. It was also delivered 4 hours late.
