The flowers look nothing like what was advertised. I ordered the Endless Romance Bouquet paid for the deluxe version and add the chocolates. The chocolates were advertised as a coming in a nice box and assorted. The first picture is what was ordered the second what I received. Not even a dozen roses.
I live abroad and I have been ordering flowers deliveries for my family via Blue Violet Flowers and I'm very satisfied! The flowers always look fresh and nicely designed.
I had complained that the candy was not as pictured on the website (bag of candy, not a nice box) and also that the flowers were wilted on a previous order. The owner rectified it with a partial, very fair, refund immediately and ensure the flowers were up to expectation. So, I will use the shoppe again. I like to send my wife flowers often.
Great service and wonderful business! Manager Max is very kind and helpful!
