A local shop you can trust. Please saved me hundreds on replacing the automatic transmission, In my four-wheel-drive pick up. I have been using Thousand Oaks for over two years now since I lost my service writer of over 20 years at the dealership. I have found The best shop in San Antonio for vehicle repairs. They are always out to save your money and give you honest diagnostics and follow up to make sure you're completely satisfied on all the work they performed. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
So....my car has been here twice in the past three months...but for two different reasons. Each time I have been here, I have been treated with courtesy and professionalism. Hopefully I don't have to bring my car back...but if I do, I know that my vehicle is in excellent hands.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Technicians are highly certified and we'll trained which makes resolving my car issues less of a hassle instead of having to pay for a guessing game.

Saw me right away because I had an emergency; my daughter's brake lights on her 2000 Nissan X-Terra stayed on after the car was turned off! Dustin Torres was the consummate professional & put my mind right at ease even though I didn't have an appt. I'd heard great things about Thousand Oaks Automotive; now, through my first hand experience, I know they're all true!!! Totally reasonable & even got a AAA discount! New loyal customer here...<3
