I have been taking my car here for about 2 years now! I was unable to come get my car so they drove it to my house and followed it with the shuttle to my house and dropped it off! Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful! 10/10 recommend this place!
I was stranded at the Wal Mart Automotive- thinking my battery was out- it was much more- I called them - Stephanie was the best. She said they had space for me . They also took me home and picked me up!! It wasn’t as bad as I expected- they thoroughly checked out my vehicle- I will be going to them from now on- the best Service.!! ☺️👍🙏
We took our car to Thousand Oaks Automotive because the check engine light came on. They informed us about the problem which they were able to repair under the warranty for the part. We were also given a ride home and picked up when the car was ready. We highly recommend Thousand Oaks Automotive for the promptness and the quality of their service.
