Jasmine is the best. Shes been my service advisor since I purchased the crosstrek in 2024. She has great attention to detail. Great communication. And a wonderful and helpful attitude
Excellent Honest I will only take my car here for services Great Customer service Service Manager Jasmine Is Fantastic .
Service was just as they said. They estimated it was going to take 2:15-2:30 and it took just about 2hr. The only issue, when i reserved my online time, specifically requested a loaner and then being told there were 2 emergencies repairs that came in. Why do emergencies get preferential treatment to those who make reservations in advance? No need to respond.
