If we could give this company a zero, we would. It is the worst place that we have ever done business with! We made personal contact with Angelina and Lino on July 12th, 2023 to design a granite table top for our dining room. At that time, they were both friendly and appeared helpful and knowledgable, claiming they could do the job, having it completed and delivered in one to two weeks. Absolutely a terrible company and a total scam. We lost over $60,000 with them before we realized they did not have a license to do any remodeling/installation/contractor services in the state of Florida (or appears anywhere for that matter). They provided fake licenses to us, but a lot of warnings made us research further. You should never pay them anything as you will not see the product/service delivered to you. We will be filing a criminal complaint, but I felt I need to warn other people.
One star - only because zero is not an option. Terrible customer service and workmanship. I only wish we had read these reviews before wasting our money with this outfit. The owner was disrespectful and used abusive language towards my wife. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They still have $1000 of our money and I have two poorly installed countertops of material that we did not choose!!!!
If you are looking for a company that will disrespect you, lie to you and flat out ignore any problems you have, then boy do I have a company for you! While google shows zero reviews, if you search this company for 5 seconds online, you will find a plethora of negative reviews. Take this as a red flag and before you hand this company thousands of dollars, realize they will not fulfill any of their promises. Give this company a huge wide berth! I took them to Small Claims court based on their deplorable business practices. Won my case. The judge was appalled at the photographs of our bathroom they botched. Horrible experience!
Had cabinets and granite installed and they never returned to finish job. I’m left with no backsplash, no under counter lights and crooked handles. Tried to work with them setting appts to their convenience with a dozen no shows. Lawsuit is only way.
They promised to get the job done in 4-5 days, it took 6 weeks. Two pieces were joined but the width was different between them and it is absolutely ridiculous knowing that they measured everything multiple times. They had to come back multiple times because they were missing pieces and they sizes were off. They ended up scratching a brand new sink and tried to cover it up by leaving trash in the sink. Backsplash was cut short. Awful experience, do not recommend.

She stalled my money and said that if you pay half then owner will come to your home for measurement. I asked to build base of statue and Hindu temple. Do NOT use this company. They are awful. Stood me up 3 different days saying they’d be at my house then didn’t come. Backed their trailer into my yard without asking and cut the countertops in my yard leaving white dust all over my garden. Cut the counter wrong the first time, had to do it again. Left my house a MESS with white dust and footprints everywhere. Tore out our faucet to install the counters then just left it and said they couldn’t fix it. So we had to pay a plumber.
