Very rude & no customer service skill They close at 4:30 I showed up at 3:00 and they were mad at that if you don’t like your job go work somewhere else
Super unhelpful, at least for residential consumer. Needed kitchen faucet replacement hose, they just said they didn't have and to go to Lowe's or home Depot. Didn't offer to measure or anything. How does a plumbing supply store not carry a universal hose but home Depot would? Wasn't busy, no other customers at front at the time.
Can I leave zero stars? Horrible service. Don’t go to this branch. It’s worth the drive to the Derwood branch. They were awesome.
