Hands down one of the best shops to trust after an accident. Loan was very informative throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on every step of the repair. The team was patient and understanding, even with an insurance process that dragged on for months. Their work was fast, precise, and top quality. Highly recommend!
Loan from Tho's auto has been amazing! She made the whole process of me getting an estimate, dropping off my car, and picking up my car smooth and easy. She's flexible and accommodating, worked with me the best time for me and waited for me when needed to. Best of all the price is just unbeatable!! They cater to a certain ethnicity it seems like the Hispanic community isn't very welcomed here. Came for an estimate left without one because they said they would txt me the estimate (kinda strange) anyways waited for over 2 hrs with no txt of any estimate whatsoever. So i went to another auto body shop and got an estimate within 5 mins. So safe to say if you aint of Asian ethnicity your business isnt welcomed here. Have a good day everyone.
