I'm not sure what more I can say. Loan and her team did a fantastic job on my 2017 Mazda CX-5. This is my third car with Tho. All of my experiences with Tho have been consistently the same. This is the reason that I keep coming back to Tho and Loan should an unfortunate accident would to occur. From the initial phone to when the car was finished took the exact amount of time that they had promised that it would take with no delays. Excellent body shop, they do very good work, are reasonable and the manager is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
