Fourth car I have purchased at Thorson, tried Penske GMC and it was a less than excellent experience. They are professional and know what’s what. Highly recommended

I negotiated the deal over the phone and then flew down from SF to pick up the car. The car has everything I wanted - and it is pleasurable to drive and I got a great deal! In total, the whole transaction took about 3 hours (not including travel time).

Worst service ever. Bought a $70,000 Sierra 2500 HD Denali and after 1200 miles the low exhaust fluid warning light came on. After putting in 3 gallons of fluid myself and taking it to another GMC dealer i find out the fluid wasn't topped off when I bought it. Took them 3 hours and me calling back to finally get them to reimburse me for the costs but only after telling me that's how it's delivered? REALLY??? $70,000 on a new truck and you can't top off all the fluids? @GMC this is how you want customer loyalty?

As we mentioned on the phone we are happy to refund you for the DEF fluid that you had to purchase. Please make sure you send the receipt. Enjoy your truck. Due to the new emission standards for diesel engines, you do need to make sure that your vehicles always equipped with DEF fluid. It's a wise idea to keep an extra gallon or two with you on any long road trip.
