This location provides very poor diagnosis. The diagnosis are not certain. For example the language used on my report is, "it may be" and several things are listed. This after spending almost $3000 on other items they claimed needed to be fixed. It left me believing they really do not know how to fix the car they created and sell.

Sales dept is good. But remember they’re trying to sell you $25k-$75k vehicles. Of course they’re gonna throw all their charm and professionalism at you. But once signed, and you need a service, you might as well look for somewhere else to go. THEIR SERVICE CENTER SUCKS!!! 2hrs for an oil change, asked to have them grease the rear leaf springs since they squeak, nope. Asked them to drain my catch can, nope. Misrotated my tires and wouldn’t rotate to the standard rotation. That horrible service at service department pushed me... read more
