Thorpe Family Dentistry became my provider shortly after they opened their practice in Southlake. I have found them to be competent, thorough and very fair with their rates. They provide alternative solutions when there are options. The office is tidy and well run. I've rarely had to wait for an appointment which for most of us is a rare situation.
Dr. Thorpe seems to believe in making each patient feel as if they are his only patient. He believes in developing a relationship with them which is important to me. I came from another dental office in another state where this wasn't the case, so this really came to my attention and I appreciated it. He takes pride in his work and puts care behind every detail. Great caring staff! Had information needed for other visits and cost.
Dental visits are not things I look forward to etc. However Dr. Thorpe and his staff do everything possible to make it as pleasant as possible, really. Their professional services are provided in a manner that makes you think it is personal.
I appreciate that as a patient I'm not pressured to receive treatments before its really necessary.
