Mark was great, efficient and knowledgeable. My realtor has worked with him for years which helped. She spoke very highly of him.
Mark did our home inspection and was really great at being thorough and giving us all the information of what's going on in the home. Areas we need to get fixed and what we can hold off on that will eventually need to be fixed. Great at communication. Recommend Mark and the inspection company anytime!
We brought our home about three months ago, so this review is long overdue. Mark was referred to us by our real estate agent to perform a home inspection. He did a phenomenal job inspecting the home. I really like Mark he is a genuinely good guy and I immediately felt a sense of peace about working with him. He was 15 min early! He also was able to fit me in with short notice I assume due to a cancellation. He has an incredible eye for detail and as someone who by trade is a handyman I usually catch most things but he even helped me catch some things that I didn't see. Mark did the inspection on the condo I just made an offer on. Fortunately, he found no major issues but did find some minor fixes that were not a deal breaker. Mark was on time, did a thorough inspection, and when he was done, pointed out those areas that needed further addressing. He sent his full report by the following day as well. I highly recommend Thoroughspec Home Inspections should you have the need for an inspector!
